Very simple and very tasty pizza cooked in our family

Ingredients

30 min for dough kneading, another 30 for baking
  1. Dough (for 3 pizzas)
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. Teaspoonsalt
  5. 1.5 tablespoonssugar
  6. 2-4 tablespoonsoil (preferably olive)
  7. Flour
  8. 1/4 bagyeast
  9. Filling (for 1 pizza)
  10. 1pepper
  11. 1tomato
  12. Basil
  13. Salt, pepper
  14. 70 ggrated cheese

Cooking Instructions

30 min for dough kneading, another 30 for baking

    Warm milk and water; add salt, sugar, a bit of flour and yeast. Let it ferment.

    Once fermentation starts, gradually add flour until the dough becomes stiff enough. Add olive oil closer to the end.

    The dough should rise twice before baking

    For filling: cut pepper and tomato, stew them until half cooked. Add a bit of salt, pepper and basil.

    Roll out the dough on the pan (covered with oil)

    Smear the filling over the dough. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Cook in the oven for 12-15 min at 180 degrees
