Stuffed Mirch pakora recipe (chilli pakora)

Take a maida in a bowl and add some salt, ajwain to it.

Add some oil and knead it into a dough using some water. Keep it aside to set.

Slit the chilies lengthwise.

Take a frying pan add some oil add chili, onion, capsicum, potato, and chaat masala mix well.

Stuff the potato mixture in the chilies. Keep it aside

Take the maida dough and roll it out in a thin sheet. With help of a knife cut thin strips out of it.

Take a strip and roll it on the chili in a way that the edges overlap each other and the chilli is totally covered with strips.

Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the chilies on a medium flame until the covering is crisp on the outer side.

Stuffed Mirchi pakoda is ready to be served.
