I cut my yam wash and boil it with water a pinch of sugar and salt.

When it is soft I smash the yam and I add pepper onion and seasoning.

Then shape into round balls

Then I break my eggs in a bowl I add onion and seasoning

Then I put my yamballs inside the egg and turn it until the balls are mixed with the egg
