  1. Vegetable Oil
  2. Sea Salt
  3. Potatoes
  4. Aluminum Foil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat Grill for 15 mins with lid closed to about 350 degrees. Wash potatoes and prick all over with fork. Coat potatoes with oil.

    Rub salt all over the oily potatoes.

  3. 3

    Put salty, oily potatoes in the microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes.

    Wrap the microwaved potatoes in foil.

  5. 5

    Put foiled potatoes on the grill grate and shut the grill lid. Cook potatoes with the grill lid closed for 30-40 mins. until completely soft all the way through. Pierce with a fork to test for doneness. There should be no resistence when they are pierced. The potatoes can keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days.
