Potatoes with that Je ne sais quoi..... Healthier option indeed
Steps

Pre heat oven at 160. Peel and Halve the baby poatatoes. Roughly chop the bell pepper

Rub all spices and olive oil into the poatoes. Line with chopped bell pepper and add the whole garlic..plus salt to taste

Oil an oven proof dish to stop the poatatoes from sticking and drying out.

Bake for 30 minutes and serve with mango chutney or a nice garlic dip.
