Heat a griddle and dry roast the garlic till light brown in colour, remove and keep aside. Then roast the coconut till light brown in colour, remove and keep aside. Then roast sesame seeds & then the peanuts.

Let the roasted ingredients cool then grind it into a coarse powder. Then add the kashmiri red chilli pd and salt and pulse it. Dry garlic chutney is ready to use.
