Heat oil in a non-stick pan add grated potatoes salt and pepper

Stir for 2 to 3 minutes until golden crispy.

Meanwhile break eggs in a bowl and add spices whisk well and keep aside.

Now make a bed of potaoes in the pan using a spatula. Pour the egg mixture and spread evenly. Cover and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.

Now add grated cheese coriander and sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs.

Cook until cheese melts then transfer to a serving plate. Cut into slices and enjoy.

Healthy cheeee easy omelette is ready.
