My son was never a bread fan. So scrambled eggs and toast was never an option. And pancakes were too heavy for everyday. So I came up with this solution and struck a homerun! As I list the ingredients, know that I get a homemade bulk sausage from the store as opposed to the prepackaged sausage in stores. The one I get is mild and not as spicy so keep that in mind when you get to the red pepper flakes.
Quick Breakfast Burritos

Fry the sausage until fully cooked.

While the sausage is frying, take a bowl and crack 4 eggs and whisk with a dash of milk.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. This is where I add the red pepper flakes.

When sausage is cooked, I lower the heat to low/med. Then I pour the egg mixture into the same pan as the sausage.

I sprinkle bacon bits before I begin stirring the mixture.

When the eggs are cooked, I turn the heat off and add the shredded cheese over the top.

I warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds. Then divide and scoop the egg mix on the tortillas and roll into burritos.
