Mango is the king of fruits .Mango is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.It helps in fighting cancer, maintaining cholesterol level.Mangoes are loaded with vit.A and C. Gond Katira is also very good for our body.Our dadis and Nani's talked about gond katira and it's benefits.Today very few people know about its benefits.Gond katira is a natural gum.which swells up when mixed with water,turns into jelly.It has anti-aging property, excellent immunity booster It helps in controlling high Baking powder.It is loaded with calcium ,so good for bone. Healthy and tasty dessert is my family's all time favourite. #SD4#mango#

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 Mango (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  2. 2 tbsp Gond Katira or badam pisin (soaked in water over night)
  3. 2 tbsp each Strawberry and pineapple crush
  4. 1 tbsp Chia seeds -.(soaked in water for 2 hours)
  5. 1 tbsp Mint leaves

  1. 1

    Blend mint leaves and 1 tb.spoon.gond Katira in a mixer jar.

    Take two small glasses for dessert.Assembling of dessert -.firstly fill the glasses with gond katira,then strawberry crush,then mango pieces,then chia seeds,then pineapple crush,then mint and Gond Katira mixture.In the end cover it with chopped mango pieces and garnish it with mint leaves.
