Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgprawns clean and washed
  • 4onion chopped
  • 4tomato chopped
  • 3green chili chopped
  • 1/2 cupcurd beated
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 5 bunchSmall size fenugreek leaves clean and chopped washed
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • as required Few curry leaves
  • 1/2 tspred chili pawder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander pawder
  • 1/4 tsptarmaric pawder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili curry leaves stir and add onion stir fry add tomato ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook and add salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder

    Now add prawns stir fry to cook and add curd stir fry to cook well
