Raw Mango (Instant Pickle)

At first, wash and dry raw mango and chilli properly. Then cut Green chilli into 2 Parts and raw mango cut in thin in long slices. Take a kadhai add mustard oil. Let it heat. Add all spices. Stir it.

Then add raw mango and green chilli and mix it well. Then add salt, black salt., fennel seeds, dry mango powder,coriander powder and garam masala. Mix everything well. Cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Raw mango and green chilli instant pickle is ready now. Take it out in a bowl.

Serve it with paratha, roti, puri, pulao, dal rice etc....... 😋😋
