Ingredients

10 minutes
Makes 8 Rotis
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupsweet corn, boiled & semi crushed
  • 1/ 2 tsp green chilli - ginger paste
  • 1/4 cupprocessed cheese, grated
  • 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole wheat flour for rolling
  • 8 tspoil for cooking
  • Chundo --sweet pickle, to serve

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients together & make a semi - soft dough using 1/4 cup or little more water. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth & rest the dough for 10 minutes.

    Now knead the dough & make 8 equal portions from it.

    Using whole wheat flour for rolling, take 1 portion of the dough & roll as thin as possible.

    Cook the roti on a hot tawa, using 1 tsp of oil. Cook till both the sides are golden. Serve Sweet Corn Rotis hot with Chunda --- sweet pickle.

    Repeat with remaining dough to make 7 more rotis.
