You can also serve them with any subji / curry of your choice for lunch as it is only mildly flavoured with cheese . Here corn is used for mild flavour & binding purposes so be careful while adding water to make the dough .

Combine all the ingredients together & make a semi - soft dough using 1/4 cup or little more water. Cover the dough with a muslin cloth & rest the dough for 10 minutes.

Now knead the dough & make 8 equal portions from it.

Using whole wheat flour for rolling, take 1 portion of the dough & roll as thin as possible.

Cook the roti on a hot tawa, using 1 tsp of oil. Cook till both the sides are golden. Serve Sweet Corn Rotis hot with Chunda --- sweet pickle.

Repeat with remaining dough to make 7 more rotis.
