Ingredients

  • 250 gmcauliflower
  • 100 gmsgreen peas
  • 4-5potatoes
  • 3capsicum
  • 250 gmsbeetroot
  • 4-5tomatoes
  • 2-3 tbsp(ginger, garlic and green chillies)
  • 4-5onions
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 2 tspkashimiri red chilli powder
  • 3-4pav bhaji masala
  • 2-3 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1lemon juice
  • as required Pav roasted in butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, clean and chop the veggies.

  2. 2

    In a cooker, boil cauliflower, potatoes, green peas, capsicum and beetroot.

  3. 3

    In a kadai add butter and oil, saute the onions, g3 paste. Then add tomatoes. Add salt.

  4. 4

    Open the cooker, smash the veggies with the potatoes smasher.

  5. 5

    In the kadai add the dry masalas. Add the snashed veggies. Add little water if required.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook till everything mixes well.

  7. 7

    On a tawa, add butter and roast the pav.

  8. 8

    Serve with buttered pav, onions garnished with coriander leaves and lemon juice with a dollop of butter.
