Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 100 gmssaffola oats
  4. 1/4 cupwater as required
  5. 11/2 cupmaida flour

    I used instant saffola vegetable oats and just mixed with the flour in dry stage

    Now make a dough with water and 2 tbsp oil

  3. 3

    Roll into round flatbread and lightly grill

  4. 4

    Just brush oil and fry on a tawa or nonstick pan and serve hot with a dollop of butter and enjoy. Do check out my recipe of stuffed oats Paratha too but this is so easy and instant recipe that you will surely love it. (see recipe)
