Stir fried chicken gizzards with lemon sauce🍋

It's a great side dish to have with your drinks!🍻🍷 Chicken's don’t have teeth and they rely on the gizzard to digest food. It doesn't look pretty, but it is cheap, nutritious and most importantly delicious!

Please check out my tip about how to prepare the gizzards.

Trim off the silverskin as it tends to be hard and not very nice to eat. (It's not mandatory because if the your gizzards are small or if you cook them for a long time, they won't be that hard) Please see my tip for more details.

Tips

How to prepare chicken gizzard before cooking. Trimming off the silverskin
