Stir fried chicken gizzards with lemon sauce🍋

It's a great side dish to have with your drinks!🍻🍷 Chicken's don’t have teeth and they rely on the gizzard to digest food. It doesn't look pretty, but it is cheap, nutritious and most importantly delicious!
Please check out my tip about how to prepare the gizzards.

It's a great side dish to have with your drinks!🍻🍷 Chicken's don’t have teeth and they rely on the gizzard to digest food. It doesn't look pretty, but it is cheap, nutritious and most importantly delicious!
Please check out my tip about how to prepare the gizzards.
Steps
- 1
Trim off the silverskin as it tends to be hard and not very nice to eat. (It's not mandatory because if the your gizzards are small or if you cook them for a long time, they won't be that hard) Please see my tip for more details.
- 2
Mix all the ingredients for the lemon sauce in a bowl and add prepared gizzards. Leave it for 15 mins.
- 3
Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan, start frying gizzards without putting lemon sauce. Once the gizzards are cooked enough, add the lemon sauce and bring to boil. When it's boiled, stop the heat and serve to a plate.
- 4
Put some leek on top of it and sprinkle some black pepper.
