Keep all the ingredients ready..

Heat a kadhai with oil. Splutter cumin seeds. Add onion, fresh green chillies and curry leaves. Saute till onion is translucent.

Next add tomato. Mix all and continue cooking till tomato becomes mushy.

Next add salt (carefully as required by the soya chunks), red chilli powder and chicken masala. Add little water and give a nice mix. Let it be on medium heat for some time. Next add the poha. Put salt and turmeric powder. Give a nice gentle mix. Let it be on slow heat for some time.

As flavours combine well with each other, add chopped coriander leaves. Mix again.
Poha with protein power of nutrella chunks is ready to serve!!
Have it with chai!!
