Specially made for caramel frappe. But we can use for other desserts too. Make and store in fridge and use wherever you want😊 if it turns hard do not worry, microwave it for a min and it will become thin and creamy again

Arrange everything first specially the container.

Put sugar first in a pot with water and make the flame high. When it starts boiling keep an eye and check the color.

When it starts turning into golden, add a chunk of butter and squeeze a lemon.

Mix it well. In 1 min add cream and whisk it.

Whisk properly. Till then the frothiness calm down. Turn of the flame.

Pour the sauce into a container. The consistency neither be too watery nor too thick. Cover it and cool it down on room temperature and then put it in fridge.

Use whenever you want. I used for my caramel frappe.
