Wash choisam and trim. Then boil water and steam for 10 mins.

Remove from steamer then drain and set aside.

Heat pan and add oil. Fry the pork until it turn golden brown.

Pour oyster sauce in a bowl and dilute it with water. Then pour in the pork, together with ginger and garlic.

Add half cup water and simmer until pork are tender.

Then add in choisam mix well. Then place in a plate to serve.
