Oven Roasted Pork Steaks

It’s so incredibly hot outside and I wanted the grill flavor HOWEVER, I’d rather not sweat today. So I built a rack system with parchment paper and roasted those babies. They are soooo goood!

It’s so incredibly hot outside and I wanted the grill flavor HOWEVER, I’d rather not sweat today. So I built a rack system with parchment paper and roasted those babies. They are soooo goood!
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 425. On a large baking sheet, cover area with parchment paper. Add 2 cookie cooling racks on the paper. Season front and back of all the steaks. Lay them, not touching, across the racks. Slide into oven and roast until they’re done. I let mine go for about an hour. I flipped them a few times.
