Make curry :Take a bowl and add besan, coconut powder or cream. Mix water 5_6 cups gradually. Mix and than strain the mixture so there are no lumps. Add haldi powder, salt and red chilli powder and some red crushed chillies.

Heat 2 tbsp oil add curry patty, when they splitter add this curry mixture and cook on low flame till kacha pan nikal jae and gets thick. If required add more water to cook.

Boil spaghetti in lots of water with salt n little oil, cook to full done and take out in strainer.

Make chicken sauce :
Heat oil and saute onions to pink,add ginger garlic paste and fry than add chicken and fry till colour changes, now add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt, cook for few mins than add tomatoes puree in it and cook on slow flame, add 1cup water to cook. When chicken is tender and gravy gets thicker add green chillies and fresh dhania. Sauce is not very dry. - 6
Take both curry sauce and chicken sauce in bowls.

Arrange all seasonings near. Now assemble khawsuay

In an open dish spread spaghetti sprinkle some green onions than pour some curry on it to soak spaghettis, than spread chicken sauce layer, garnish with dhania and green chillies, brown onions, chat masala, spicy slims /papri, lemon juice, if you like add fried garlic. Delicious mouth watering khowsuey is ready.
