I am the only princess of my Abbu… I learnt a lot from him… specially patience snd tolerance. He is so calm and chill. We say betian baap say ziada qareeb hoti haiin… actually it’s absolutely right. Abbu ko kuch bhi ho, meri ankh khud hi bheeg jati hai… mujhey meri friends k ghar say pick karna, university k har chotay barey kaam, meri har choti bari khwahish… jis cheez per hath rakh do wohi dilana, bhaion ko daantna, aur meri shadi k time har baat per haan… waqai mein aaj bhi mein apnay abbu ki princess hon… mujhey bigarnay mein poora hath meray Abbu ka hi hai 😄. Abbu is a heart patient and he is having extremely high diabetic patient. He is on insulin. But you know these patients love to eat meetha. Mango to waisay hi jaan hai Abbu ki. I made a small cup dessert for him so he can not ask more.. Since 2015, he has been lost his one eye due to high diabetes. From that day, he is unable to drive. The person who taught us how to drive and whole life he took us to everywhere now he feels that he can’t go anywhere. My Abbu is my life and may Allah give him a strength to fight against his disease because as per doctors he can’t get back his eye. Fathers are the real heroes of every daughter and the first love. This recipe is mare by me for my Abbu and my girl for her papa…😄#cookpadpa #superdad

Marie biscuits (crushed)
Layer 2
1/2 cupcream cheese
1/4 cupcream
1 tsplemon juice
3 tbssugar
3 tbscondensed milk
1/2mango pulp

1/2mango pulp

Place all the ingredients on the counter first.

Then take mangoes and deseed it. Put it in blender and make a pulp.

Then on the other side take a bowl and pour cream cheese and cheese. Add condensed milk.

Add little bit sugar and start beating it with hand mixture.

Squeeze a half lemon and half of the mango pulp. Beat it again till it turns creamy and frothy.

Then start assembling by putting a crushed biscuits into small cups or glasses. Then pour mango cream in it.

Then again layer it with biscuit and then mango pulp. Put it in fridge to make it chill.

Serve it after dinner so everyone enjoy the his chilled and sweet mango delight 😋
