First of all, take moth flour and wheat flour and mix them in a big bowl. Crush ajwain and til and add it to flour. Add 3 tbsp oil to the flour and mix it well.

Add red chili powder, salt,aesfotedia (hing)and mix it.

Take 2 cups of lukewarm water. Add almost 6 tbsp sugar in it and mix well with the help of a spoon.

With the above sugar added water let's make dough. For that gradually pour water and make a tight dough.Then grease it with some oil.

Make an equal portion of the dough and then roll it in a thin cylinder shape as shown in the picture..

Take all cylinder one by one and cut them into equally small pieces.

Now with the help of a Puri press Machine make small Mathiya(puri shape) and place in on a newspaper one by one

While doing this on the other side heat oil in a kadai or pan and fry all Mathiya one by one.

Take it out in a bowl. You can store it in air-tight containers for 15 to 20 days
