Homemade copycat Little Caesars italian cheese bread

Heat milk in microwave around 30 seconds until its right around 100°. Add yeast and sugar stir and let bloom for 5 mins

In a bowl add flour and salt and mix together well.

When yeast has bloomed add oil and combine with dry mix.

Stir until it forms a dough and plop out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5 to 10 mins and let it rest in a greased bowl covered for an hour or doubled in size.

In the meantime freshly grate your cheese. I added hand cut smoked provolone to mine as well.

Melt butter and generously coat the bottom of a larger brownie pan with plain butter. Add cornmeal to the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat.

Add garlic powder and italian seasoning to remaining butter. When dough is done place it in the bottom of pan covering it all. Brush dough with seasoned butter.

Add as much cheese as you want making sure it goes all the way to the edge for that crispy cheese crust.

Bake on 400° for around 13 to 15 mins but start checking it around 10. Mine went for 13 i think.

Take it out and let it rest for about 3 mins and brush the top very generously with the seasoned butter. Let it cool another few mins cut and enjoy !!!!
