Ingredients

30mins
3-4 people
  • 3 cupsflour
  • Water as required
  • 1 Tbsbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspflavor1
  • 3 TBsoil
  • 1egg
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3TB sugar or to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add in water bit by bit until a thick slurry is achieved

  3. 3

    You then add in the egg and vegetable oil and leave to set for 10mins

  4. 4

    Put oil for frying on a medium heat and scoop your mixture

  5. 5

    Fry till golden brown
