Take 4 betel leaves. Tilt the leaves behind and remove all the visible stalks with the help of a sharp knife.

Then Take 1 tbsp of gulkhand and add it to the coarse mixture along with 2-3 tbsp of water. Now, again grind the mixture finely to get paan-gulkhand paste/mix

This milkshake mix can be stored in a air-tight container for a week inside the refrigerator.

Now, take a mixing jar and add 300 ml of boiled and cooled milk,3 tbsp of the coarse paan-gulkhand mix,2 scoops of vanilla ice cream/cream and 1 tbsp of gulkhand.

Thereafter, blend the milkshake. Pour it into serving glass and garnish it with chopped pistachio nuts. Paan milkshake is ready!!!
