Add salt and oil to the wheat flour and make a soft dough. Knead it well. Prepare all the vegetables required for the recipe.
- 2
Heat oil in a pan and add onion. When it becomes pink in colour add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste to it. Cook it for half a minute and add all the remaining vegetables to it. Cook all the vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes.

- 4
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Take one portion and with the help of dry flour roll it into big thin circle. Roast it on a pan until pink specs appear on one side.
- 5
Flip it over and roast it on the other side too. Turn it one more time and roast it but do not make it hard. Prepare all the wraps in the same way.
- 6
To prepare sauce, add tomato sauce, mayonnaise, chilli sauce and mixed herbs in a bowl and mix everything well.
- 7
Now apply little bit of oil on a pan and roast the wraps lightly but make sure it does not get hard otherwise it will be difficult to roll it later.
