In a bowl take Rava,add liitle water, salt to taste and mix well add water approx 1.5 cup of water and keep a aside for 10 minutes.

Now after 10 minutes add Eno and mix welll

Heat oil in a nonstick pan pour a ladle full of batter in the centre of pan and don't spread much.

Sprinkle toppings as desired over here I have used chopped capcicum chopped onion and chopped tomatoes

Now sprinkle a pinch of Red Chilli Powder abd pinch of salt and cover it for 1.5 - 2 minutes and after 2 minutes open the lid and flip the Uttapam.

Cook for 1 minute and flip it and serve with coconut 🥥 chutney or Schezwan Chutney.
