Steps
- 1
First add some butter in a pan and season it with cumin seeds. Also add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it.
- 2
After frying, add tomatoes and fry well. After frying, add beetroot, green peas, capsicum and fry. We use only the beetroot color, in stores using food colours.
- 3
When everything is done, add boiled potatoes and fry well. After frying, add pav baji masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
- 4
Mash the bhaji masala well and let it boil again.
- 5
Finally sprinkle some butter and coriander leaves in it.
- 6
Put some butter in a pan and saute it with little pavbhaji masala and coriander. Fry the chopped pav bun well.
- 7
Now serve it hot. While serving you can squeeze a little lemon juice over it. While serving sprinkle onion and coriander leaves over it and the taste will be even better.
