Healthy Ginger Cookies
Soft and Chewy without molasses ‼️
Steps

Put the almond flour, oatmeal flour natural sugar cane, fresh ginger, ground ginger, mixed spices, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt in the bowl. Use a spatula mix all together.

In the other bowl, whisk the butter, honey and water. Add egg whisk until combined. Using a spatula, mix dry and wet ingredients together.
Cover and freeze dough for 1 hour. - 3
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Roll the chilled dough into balls (about 30 g), and place each 2-inches apart on the baking mat. Flatten each cookie with the palm of your hand. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bottom and edges start to turn brown, then set the baking sheet on a wire rack to cool. Ready to enjoy ☺️‼️
