Chop all ingredients.Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients except desighee & oil.Mix it well,add little water to make a paratha dough.Drop little oil on the top of the dough,cover it & rest it 10mints.

Divide the dough into 3part.Take one sprinkle some atta & roll it to make paratha.Heat a pan put the paratha cooked nicely both side.Put desi ghee on both sides & cooked nicely.

Paratha are ready.Serve with butter & curd.
