Use a sheet of puff pastry cut into six parts.

Spread Nutella on one half of each piece of puff pastry, fold in half, and press the edges slightly.

Beat the egg and use a brush to coat the top of each Napolitan.
- 4
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake for 15 minutes or a little longer until they are crispy and golden. Keep an eye on them just in case.

Finally, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top to taste.
