Cook asparagus how you like it I did mine in wok with spray oil.

Poach egg in boiling water 2/3 mins runny.

When asparagus is cooked wrap some ham around 4 then another 4.

Serve to Look like this.

Sprinkle cracked black pepper and sea salt and chives and enjoy.😋
