Steps

Boil Potato in the Cooker for 2-3 whistles. Do not overcook.

Once Potato cool down peel the skin and mash them up well.

Heat 1 tsp Oil in a Pan. Add 1/4 tsp Mustard Seed, 1/4 tsp Cumin Seed, 1 tsp Ginger Paste, 1-2 chopped green chillies, Curry Leaves,

Saute them well and turn off the gas. Add 1 tsp Hing, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam Masala and Mix them well.

Add the mashed Potatoes, sprinkle salt and again mix well. Lastly added Coriander Leaves.

For making Bread Pakoras:- Place Bread slices on the tray spread potato masala on the slices, cover it another slice of Bread.

Press the slices properly. Cut the slice diagonally.

For Fry Bread Pakora:- 1. 3/4 cup Besan(Gram Flour), 2. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 3. 1/2 tsp turmeric, 4. 1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carom seed), 5. salt, 6. 2 table spoon rice powder.

Mix all the ingredients well. Then Pour water just needed to make tnick batter.

Frying :- Check Oil is hot. Lift the stuffed bread and dip in the batter. Make sure it is coated on both side well. Remove the excess batter and drop in the hot oil. Do not disturb 2-3 mins.

Fry until one side turns golden. Then turn it to other side and fry until both sides turn Crispy and golden. Fry remaining pakoras.

Serve the Hot Crispy Bread Pakoras with Green Chutney or Sauce
