I absolutely love this recipe, it’s fun and doesn’t take much time either. Adding chilies just gives it that extra tasty and spicy vibe!

Wash your mussels.

Add all your ingredients except for your cream and mussels.

Sauté for about 5 minutes on a medium heat then add your mussels and mix them into the sauce base. Remove the pot.

Put your stove plate on high. Once it’s hot, place the pot back and all the cream. Let it boil for about 10 minutes stirring constantly. This will allow your sauce to get a little thick. All done 😋.
