Steps

Boil and cook Hakka noodles according to instructions given on the pack, and keep aside.

Heat up sauce pan add in 2tbsp oil add sliced onion, saute it add all the chopped veggies.. saute it on high flame do not overcook, add vinegar, salt, soya sauce add in cooked noodles mix well,

Add a tbsp of Hakka noodle masala, add 2tsp water combine everything well on high flame garnish with ketchup serve hot..
