First, heat a wok or deep kadhai on High flame. Add oil. When it heats up, add ginger garlic paste. Quick fry for a few seconds.

Then add onions and quick fry. Then add beans, carrots, capsicum, cabbage and stir fry on high till they are shiny and appear soft. Then add a pinch of sal, sugar, tomatoes, soya chunks and keep stir frying.

Then add all the sauces, seasonings, and mix well. Add water to combine everything.

Then add the cornflour paste and let it boil. Then add the cooked noodles.

Mix with 2 large spoons to combine well. Add more sauces if needed.

Serve hot or pack in casserole style lunch box. Cover with cling wrap. Pack some fruit juice and nuts to go together. Lunch box ready.
