  • 200 gmsudad dal (soaked)
  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • As Requiredgreen chillies
  • 2 tbspdry coconut chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander chopped
  • As RequiredCurry leaves
  • Pinchhing
  • As RequiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    The first step watches and shows the water for 2 to 3 hours.

  2. 2

    2nd step drains all the water from the Soaked and grinds to make a smooth paste using little water.

  3. 3

    3rd step batter should be thick and use very little water.

  4. 4

    4th step adds 3tbsp rice flour. It makes it crispy and adds a pinch of hing.

  5. 5

    5th step heat oil in Kadai in medium flame wet your palms and take batter make vadas and keep a hole in the center.

  6. 6

    6th step Frying in medium flame both sides unite golden brown.

  7. 7

    7th step finally medu vada is ready to Serve.
