Ingredients

5 piecesdried mushroom
1 packkale
5 piecesgarlic
Some slices ginger
1 tspoyster sauce

Steps

Wash kale then parboil for 2 mins. Then wash in running water.

Heat wok and pour oil. Then sautee ginger and garlic until aromatic.

Then pour kale mix then add oyster sauce.
Cook until half done. Or if want softer, cook longer.
