Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupsour curd
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1tomato finely chopped
  5. 1green chilli finely chopped
  6. 3 tablespoonsfinely chopped spinach
  7. 1 teaspoon curry leaves chopped
  8. 1 teaspoonSalt
  9. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  10. As RequiredOil
  11. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  12. 1/2 tsporagano

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add semolina and curd mix well and keep aside for 20minutes.

    Now add chopped veggies in it.add salt and baking soda.

  3. 3

    Take out some tomato and onion for garnishing. Now heat dosa pan spread oil on it.

    Put batter with spoon. Now in one bowl take chopped onion and tomato. Add oragano and chilli flakes.pinch of salt. Mix and top it on uttapam.

    Cook well from both sides. Serve hot with sauce or chutney. My son enjoys with sauce.
