Corn Cheese Samosa

Corn cheese samosa is a crisp tea time snack made with generous amount of cheddar cheese and mozerealla cheese, sweet corn and samosa Patti sheets. The cheese becomes gooey and stringy after deep frying. This snack is a hit for cocktail parties, kitty parties and even children's birthday party .

Corn cheese samosa is a crisp tea time snack made with generous amount of cheddar cheese and mozerealla cheese, sweet corn and samosa Patti sheets. The cheese becomes gooey and stringy after deep frying. This snack is a hit for cocktail parties, kitty parties and even children's birthday party .

Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic and onion until translucent.

Add corn and the chilli flakes. Cook until the corn changes it colour and is slightly puffed up.

Transfer the mixture in another bowl and let it cool to room temperature. Mix herbs and cheese and mix well. Stuffing is ready.

To assemble the samosa, spread the patti sheet on a chopping board. Fold one of the corners to form a pocket like shape.Fill the filling in this pocket and continue folding till the filling is fully encases in the patti sheet.

Spread a little flour water mixture on the edges and seal it properly. Set aside and make all other samosas.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry samosa until crisp and golden in colour. Remove from the oil and drain excess oil on a kitchen paper towels.

Serve with chutney or dip of your choice.
