Steps

Chop all the veggies. Put in a cooker to boil. Till then make a tomato pury adding garlic and green chili in it.

Now put a pan to heat and add oil and butter. Add tomato pury and saute it. Mash the boiled veggies.

Add all masala along with pav bhaji masala and saute till oil releases. Now add mashed veggies along with salt and lemon juice. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Its ready to serve.

Cut pav from the middle and roast applying butter and serve with bhaji and salad.
