Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupssoaked Sabudana
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1 cuproughly crushed peanut
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 2 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspSugar optional
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • As RequiredRed chilli powder optional
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tbspOil
  • As Per RequiredChopped coriander leaves

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Soak the Sabudana overnight or a minimum of 5-7 hours
    Next morning drain the water and dry them.

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes and chopped them into small cubes.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds now add chopped potatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes now add salt, and green chili paste next add Sabudana and crushed peanut powder

  4. 4

    Mix up all and lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Do serve them with Raita and chutneys in your meals or on fasting occasion.
