Soak the Sabudana overnight or a minimum of 5-7 hours
Next morning drain the water and dry them. - 2
Boil the potatoes and chopped them into small cubes.

Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds now add chopped potatoes and saute for 2-3 minutes now add salt, and green chili paste next add Sabudana and crushed peanut powder

Mix up all and lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Do serve them with Raita and chutneys in your meals or on fasting occasion.
