Rinse ham and steam it for 15 mins. Take out and chop it up to bits

While steaming the ham chop up the ingredients. Place Abit of chopped ham, mushrooms and salt/ chicken powder to taste.

Right after steaming the melons quickly prep up the sauce. Cornstarch 2 tsp, and 50 ml - 100 ml boiled water mix well. Place in heat and stir until it goes slightly clear and gluey then add a tsp of oil mix well. Garnish with spring onions. Add sauce onto melon serve hot. Done.
