  • 50 gsweet pepper
  • 50 gspring onion
  • 4 Tbspolive oil
  • 1 Tbspstarch water
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • KaZ_hui guo rou sauce(hui tare)
  • 1 Tbspchili bean sauce
  • 2 Tbspsugar
  • 4 tspbrown bean paste
  • 2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspsake
  • 1 Tbspgrated garlic
  • 1 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tspoyster sauce

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Cut cabbage into chunks and spring onion in 40 mm.

  2. 2

    Stir-fry vegetables and pork with olive oil.

  3. 3

    Put hui tare.

  4. 4

    Put starch water to thicken(GOU1 QIAN4).

  5. 5

    Stop heat treatment.

  6. 6

    Put sesame oil finally.
