Cut Green pepper, garlic, mushrooms, and onion and set aside.

Make meatballs by adding Ground Beef, salt and pepper then roll into small meatballs, add to a medium skillet cook meatballs take out and set aside, keep oil in skillet.

Add vegetables and, onions cook till translucent, take out and make my gravy.

After making gravy season to taste add vegetables, onions, peppers and, meatballs let simmer

Can add rice or pasta enjoy
