Eggless mayo : use a small blender jar. Use pulse mode. take milk, ½ cup oil, mustard powder, pepper powder, sugar and salt.
pulse and blend 10 times. The mixture gets thicker and creamy. drizzle slowly add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar. close and pulse 10 more times.
now the mixture thickens more.
Add 2 more tbsp oil and pulse for 5 times.
the mixture turns thick and creamy. Eggless mayonnaise is ready to enjoy. You may store it in an airtight container and refrigerate. - 3

Paste: In a blender jar, take all required ingredients; blend to smooth paste adding water as required. transfer to a small bowl

IN a bowl. mix 2 tbsp of prepared green paste with 3 tbsp prepared eggless mayonnaise.
Mixed herbs mayonnaise is ready to serve. - 4
Tip: Using the basic mayo, you can make Mayo of any flavor, garlic, chili. or tandoori.
