Steps

Put the bread🍞 pieces in a grinder jar and crush it. 1 tablespoon oats powder, and 2 tablespoon semolina take on a plate and mix well. Than keep it aside. Take the crushed bread into the mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients one by one to a mixing bowl and mix well. Then knead a smooth dough.If necessary add a little water. Make a lemon size ball from the dough.

Place the balls on the Semolina Oats mixture. Slightly press and make patties. Flip the patties to another side and press slightly. Covered on both sides are patties for semolina, and oats mixture.

Heat the nonstick pan on medium flame and add the 2 tablespoon of oil. When the oil is hot place the Cutlets one by one and cook till both sides are brown color. Then remove on a plate.

A very tastey, crispy, delicious Bread oats Cutlet is ready for serve. Serve with spicy tomato sauce.
