Prepared Ugali cabbage and fried eggs
Superb dinner for my family.
Steps

Heat 3 cups of fresh water in a EPC which is cooked till the water is boiled maximum. Pour flour into the pressure cooker.

Put some oil in the EPC. Then add onions let it cook for 2min.

Add tomatoes then add the cabbage and stir. Let it cook for 5min.

Add salt to taste then stir. After 2min take it off.

Fry the eggs in a pan with little oil and salt.

Serve when hot. Enjoy
