Popular and delicious savoury snacks Dhirde prepared with bhajani flour and flavoured with arbi leaves /colocasia leaves and spices.
Steps

Remove middle stem from arbi leaves. Wash and pat dry and chopped thinly. Peel and chopped onion.

In mixing bowl add bhajani flour,red chilli powder,carom seeds, sesame seeds, salt. Add & mix 1 cup warm water to make lump free thick batter. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes. Add chopped arbi leaves and onion and cumin seeds.

Add little little normal water to make pouring consistency chila batter. Keep aside for 1 houror more to ferment.

Heat dosa griddle. Pour 1-2 tsp oil. As griddle get heated pour laddleful of prepared batter from edges towards centre. Sprinkle little oil. Cover with lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Let it cook without lid on medium flame for few minutes till lower side turn crispy golden. Flip and cook another lower side. Similarly prepare all dhirde.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Bhajani Arbi Leaves Dhirde with green corainder leaves chutney and tomato ketchup.
